37 floors above London, guests enjoyed an exclusive private event, with breathtaking sunset views over London, live music, flowing Aperol Spritz, and a selection of beautifully crafted canapés and poké bowls by @rhubarb_hospitality before exploring BBQ and Italian food stalls.
Two bespoke 18ft food stalls were filled with the season’s finest flavours. From lemon and garlic barbecued spatchcock chicken 🍗, tea-smoked Cornish salmon with a Korean miso glaze 🐟, charred corn on the cob 🌽, and all the classic BBQ accompaniments 🔥
Our Italian stall featured fresh pasta 🍝 including Rigatoni Arrabbiata and Orecchiette con Polpette, alongside vibrant seasonal salads 🥗
