Begin the evening at 6:30 pm with a Champagne reception, drinks and canapés on the Fenchurch Terrace, before taking your seat at 7:00 pm. Each of the five courses will be expertly paired with a glass of Ruinart Champagne, showcasing the exceptional notes of one of the world’s most celebrated Champagne houses.
Throughout the evening, guests will enjoy a guided tasting of the Maison Ruinart collection, with a special focus on the prestigious Dom Ruinart Blanc de Blancs 2010 and Dom Ruinart Rosé 2009.
The menu is designed by expert Chef de Cuisine Kerth Gumbs, and showcases the highest-quality seafood, from sea bass with bronze fennel and squid ink to cockles, crab and crispy prawns. It finishes with a strawberry and cream ‘martini’ with white chocolate and strawberry sorbet.
The experience will be hosted by Jaqueline Kobald, LVMH Champagne Ambassador, alongside Alex Pastrav, Group Head of Wine at the Rhubarb Hospitality collection. Together, they will share their expertise on the Champagne pairings and the culinary inspiration behind the evening’s menu.

On Wednesday, 12th August, the UK & Ireland will experience a partial solar eclipse, visible across London (weather permitting). During the eclipse, the moon will cover 90 – 96% of the sun, making it the most significant solar eclipse visible from the UK since 1999.
To help you enjoy the experience safely, we’ll be giving away FREE solar eclipse glasses to the first 100 guests at our Sky Garden Bar that evening.
⚠️ Safety note: Never look directly at the sun, even during an eclipse. Always use certified eclipse glasses or another safe viewing method.
We’ll be joined in the sky by a live band and DJ, so you can enjoy an evening of music, drinks and a rare celestial spectacle, 35 floors above London.
