Sky Garden is yet again set to be a morning fitness haven as we launch our new training and breakfast programme at this iconic, sky high location.


Head 36 floors up and hit the mat with Sky Garden’s training partner – TruBe – to embrace their dynamic HIIT workout surrounded by spectacular London views as the city awakes.

Kick start your day, bright and early, with this unique 45 minute-long fitness class like no other, on weekdays from 6:30am, Saturdays from 8am & Sundays from 8:30am. Put your body to the test with this full body HIIT session specifically designed to get you pushing to the limit and your muscles burning.

With high tempo DJ tunes and unrivalled surroundings, what better way to wake up and start the day than surrounded by the exotic gardens, as our expert trainers lead you through a uniquely crafted workout designed exclusively for Sky Garden.

Every class comes with two instructors who are guaranteed to help you maintain proper form and work hard. It won’t take long to warm up but please wear warm workout clothing on arrival, as Sky Garden is a naturally-ventilated space, much like working out in a sheltered park. It is time to HIIT the mat for this bespoke workout and warm up those winter mornings.

Following your workout 36 floors high – opt for the ultimate sunrise breakfast to complement your virtuous start. Served in the stunning Sky Pod Bar on level 35, head back time and time again for a delicious breakfast buffet, filled with fitness-inspired treats to be enjoyed in the exquisite gardens at your leisure.
