Sky Garden's elegant signature restaurant, Fenchurch is hosting an exclusive dinner with Head Chef, Daniel Fletcher to celebrate his time on BBC's Great British Menu 2018.
For one night only, Dan will be joined by his fellow North-East contestants Danny Parker and David Coulson to create a six-course tasting menu of standout dishes from the show, which celebrates 70 years of the National Health Service.
The tasting menu, priced at £95 per person, will be a tribute to the heroic staff of the NHS, with each dish designed to celebrate the 'everyday heroes', with a focus on regional, seasonal produce from the North-East and Yorkshire. A wine pairing menu will be available to purchase on the evening, with a superb selection of wines hand-picked by our sommelier.

A bit about the chefs:
Daniel Fletcher: Head Chef at Fenchurch Restaurant, Dan was born and raised in North Yorkshire. Former head chef at Mayfair's The Square, Dan has worked with a number of Michelin-starred chefs including Tom Kitchin and Tommy Banks. With a mantra of 'making the best of every ingredient' Dan's cooking is driven by flavour, seasonality and beautiful presentation.
Danny Parker: Executive head chef at Jesmond Dene House in Newcastle, Danny has recently made the move from House of Tide where he held the head chef position. The restaurant holds a Michelin star and four AA rosettes.
David Coulson: Chef owner of Peace & Loaf in Newcastle, Dave is self-taught but has worked at several restaurants in the North East before opening his own place in 2013. Peace & Loaf has been awarded two AA Rosettes and a mention in the Michelin Guide.
